The building No.3 in 193 Fuxing Road W., built in 1930, is listed in the Third Group of Excellent Historical Architecture of Shanghai.

This garden house with British style has large double-peak sloped roof, red brick chimney, red semi-exposure wooden frame at the northern facade, and light yellow rough-finished walls at the southern facade. The polygon shape bedroom with red brick protruding from the wall, has a balcony above. There are arched windows and casements on the ground floor.

This house is used by Shanghai Real Estate Science Research Institute.
