The Building No.1 in 1331 Fuxing Road M., Fuxing Apartments (also as Blackstone Apartments, Citibank Apartments), was built in 1924, and is listed in the Fourth Group of Excellent Historical Architecture of Shanghai.
This four storey Baroque-style apartment building has symmetrical facade. The walls and some components was made of black stone, hence the name Blackstone Apartments. As the facade of ground floor, there is a big porch, supported by stone double Corinthian columns. On the above, there is a balcony, consisting of three arcs, either convex or concave. The arcs in the middle section of the front walls and central gable at the roof add to the Baroque flavor of this structure.

After the World War II, the United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration settled in here. Now the ground floor is used by Housing and Land Administration Bureau of Xuhui District. Above are mainly local residences.
