The unique feature of this garden house is the steep double ridge roof, similar to British country houses. The form of roof is various due to L shape layout and several dormer windows. The form of wall and window opening is simple. Ornaments are mainly at places of porch of entrance. And the types of eaves of all porches are various.

It was formerly the Lin Sheng Hospital, which was established by brothers, Niu Huiling, Niu Huisheng, who were famous doctors in Republic of China, and contributed lot to medical industries of China, and were named as the cornerstone of Chinese healthcare industry. During the Anti-Japanese War, this building was used as refugee hospital, and then was taken over by Anti-tuberculosis Research Institute of Xu Hui District, now is used by one company.
